- 19th May 2010

ID&T today lauched the new IDT1-C, a special version of the IDT1 line laser with an incorporated Binder connector. The IDT1-C, like the standard IDT1 laser, is available with power outputs of 1, 5 and 10 mW; dot, line and cross optics; and 635 nm or 650 nm wavelengths.

It also has an extra-sturdy anodised aluminium housing, specially designed for industrial applications and for challenging work environments.

And as with all the other IDT products, the IDT1-C is covered by the longest and most comprehensive warranty in the laser industry.

- 8th May 2010

The 4 day wood industry exhibition Xylexpo 2010 came to a close today. Despite an understandably low turnout compared to previous years due to the current economic climate, ID&T is pleased to announce an increased interest in our laser products, many of which have been specifically designed for wood industry applications. Many clients in fact expressed their interest in purchasing a laser which would last for a substantial amount of time, and many turned to ID&T in search of a long-lasting, good quality and reasonably priced product.

The next Xylexpo trade fair will take place in 2012, at the Rho exhibition centre near Milan, Italy.

- 29th March 2010

ID&T today announced the lauch of the new IDT1-24, a new version of the IDT1 laser with a 12-24 VDC voltage. The IDT1-24 has the same slim, compact housing of its 5 VDC predecessor (14 mm diameter) and is available with power outputs of 1, 5 and 10 mW, as well as dot, line and cross optics. The IDT1-24 is perfectly suited for a variety of applications throughout the industrial and scientific sectors.

- 4th January 2010

ID&T today confirmed its presence at one of the largest international trade fairs in the wood industry, Xylexpo 2010. The exhibition takes place every 2 years in Milan at the beginning of May, and is dedicated to woodworking technologies and furniture supplies. This year it will take place between the 4th and 8th of May at the Rho exhibition centre, under the patronage of Eumabois, European federation of woodworking machinery manufacturers.

With the use of lasers increasing all the time in the wood industry, and the development of new applications that require the use of lasers, ID&T will be keen to exhibit its latest laser products developed specifically for woodworking applications such as alignment and scanning.
