IDT PRO Laser Projector

 

 

The IDT Pro 3D Laser projector makes accurate positioning in CNC applications much quicker and easier. The system projects a template of your work piece onto the work surface, reducing set up and changeover time by up to 70% and increasing productivity by up to 25% - even with unskilled labour.

 

  • Affordable, easy to install and easy to use - with the IDT Pro you can benefit from our leading edge technology at a lower cost.

 

  • Flexible and user-friendly software which interfaces with all leading CNC design software packages.

 

  • High quality and accuracy: the IDT Pro projects sharp lines which are accurate to within 1 mm for a 4 m distance, reducing errors and material waste.

 

  • Uses 532 nm green TTL lasers with power outputs of 30 and 50 mW. The maximum projection angle is 80° X 80°.

 

Software & calibration

 

When it is first installed, the IDT Pro requires a basic manual calibration which takes about 5 minutes and can be done by  following the steps indicated in the user manual. Once calibrated, the projector is ready to use - the corresponding data file is loaded and the template for the first step in the production sequence is displayed. The user-friendly software also allows a quick changeover between templates.
