The IDT 0M is the smallest laser diode module created by IDT, with a diameter of 11 mm and a length of just 22 mm. It is ideal for many applications where space is an issue, including bore sighting, alignment, robot control, positioning and edge detection.

 

It includes state-of-the-art optical and mechanical components enclosed in a black anodised aluminium housing.

 

The IDT 0M also incorporates an adjustable lens which can be used to focus the beam to a very small spot size.

 

Power is connected to the module using the positive (white) and negative (brown) cables. The positive pin is also connected to the module's case.

 

The IDT 0M  is available in a wide range of wavelengths, including 635, 640, 650, 660 and 670 nm.
